What we can help with
- How the calculator works, or why it produced the number it did.
- Something on the site that is wrong, out of date, or unclear.
- A topic you looked for here and could not find.
- A problem using the site with a screen reader, by keyboard, or on a phone.
- A privacy request about data we hold.
What we cannot help with
So you are not left waiting on an answer that is not coming:
- Quotes or applications. We are an independent publisher, not an agency. We do not sell policies or take applications.
- An existing policy. We have no access to any insurer’s systems. For a policy you already hold — a payment, a beneficiary change, a lapse notice — contact your insurer directly, using the number on your statement.
- A claim. Claims go to the insurer that issued the policy. If you are dealing with a claim after a death and are not getting anywhere, your state insurance department can help.
- Advice about your own situation. We publish general information. A recommendation about your circumstances needs a licensed professional in your state who can review the full picture.
Please do not send sensitive information
This is an ordinary web form, not a secure channel. Never send a Social Security number, date of birth, policy number, medical history or financial account details through it. We do not need them and we do not want them.
